Some men and women are simply visionaries.
Others may call them dreamers, but true visionaries
are vindicated by the march of time, and the
forces of history.
Consider this: the Cape Cod Canal, opened in 1914 when the steamer Rose Standish
chugged its way down the perfectly proportioned passageway and snapped a symbolic
red tape with its bow, was predicted by Myles Standish back in the 1620s.
